I saw this story on the news this morning. A Humboldt penguin named Ralph manages to shed his feathers in one day during his annual molting. This is normally a three week process as the new feathers grow in.

Zoo keepers at Ralph's home in the UK have fashioned a new tuxedo for him to keep him from getting a sunburn. They made it from a piece of neoprene from an old wetsuit. You can read all about Ralph at the Telegraph.
